Dear friends,

My query is on what value we should calculate excise duty. example it should be calculated on basic value + packing & forwarding charges. or basic value+packing & forwarding + insurance+ tax+ transportation charges.

In case both the methods are correct then on what kind of dealor does these different formulas apply.
