2. The ‘Request For Proposal’ (RFP) document containing terms & conditions and detailed scope of work can be obtained from the O/o Additional Director (F&A), MPPGCL, Block No.9, Gr. Floor, Shakti-Bhavan, Rampur, Jabalpur (M.P.) – 482008 during the working hours by submitting application along with fee amounting to Rs. 500/- only in the form of Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque in favour of “Sr. A.O. (COG & HS), MPPGCL”, payable at Jabalpur. The parties who desire the documents by post shall have to pay an additional sum of Rs. 75/- towards postal charges. The above amount is non- refundable. MPPGCL shall not be
responsible for any delay or loss of tender document, if requested by post. The documents in support of Eligibility criteria will have to be produced at the time of purchase of RFP document. The RFP document will be sold only to the CA firms fulfilling the Eligibility criteria.

3. Eligibility Criteria:-
i. Partnership C.A. firms, registered with ICAI having Head office at Jabalpur and in existence for a minimum period of five years as on 01-04-2010, should have experience of atleast five years in Internal Audit / Statutory Audit/Accounting/Taxation works in Public Sector Undertaking of either State or Central Government preferably in Power Sector and must have minimum turn over of Rs. 10 lakh (Rs Ten lakh) during the financial year ending 31st Mar’2010.
ii. The Firm should have minimum three fully qualified Chartered Accountants  partners, one of which must be FCA. In addition, the firm should have on roll atleast five qualified/semi qualified staff i.e. CA/ CA (Inter)/CS/ CS (Inter)/CWA/ CWA (Inter) staff and ten other staff having Graduate/ Post graduate qualification in commerce and knowledge of Audit & Accounts of companies.
4. Earnest Money Deposit: A sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) only is to be deposited along with the RFP document in the form of Demand Draft or Banker’s cheque drawn in favour of “Sr. Accounts Officer, (COG &HS), MPPGCL”, payable at Jabalpur.
